Yes, to access it, simply update the current app. When the new app is available, log in to the Sodexo PT app, and you will be redirected to your phone's store. After the update, the app will have a new name and a new look: App Pluxee Portugal.

The Pluxee Meal Card is optimized for digital wallets. It's not compatible with MB Way but can be added to Google Wallet for fast, secure payments with Google Pay. Soon it will also be able to add your card to Apple Wallet.
The PIN of the new Pluxee Meal Card cannot be changed, but it can be checked at any time through the Pluxee Portugal App or the Consumer Support Line.
Os cartões contactless são cartões de pagamento com tecnologia de leitura por aproximação Near Field Communication (NFC). Estes cartões permitem fazer pagamentos sem ter de introduzir o PIN: para o efeito, basta aproximar o cartão (normalmente, a menos de 4 centímetros de distância) de um terminal de pagamento automático (TPA) preparado para receber pagamentos contactless.
No. The first transaction requires inserting the card into the payment terminal and using the PIN. After that, the contactless feature becomes active and ready to use.
After activating this feature, you can use it if the transaction amount is less than or equal to 50 euros, if the number of consecutive contactless transactions is equal to or less than 5 transactions, and/or if the total amount of consecutive contactless transactions is equal to or less than 150 euros.
Sempre que atingir o limite de pagamentos consecutivos sem inserir o PIN, terá de fazer uma transação com PIN antes de poder voltar a fazer operações sem ter de introduzir o código secreto.
Se atingir o limite de transações consecutivas sem introduzir o PIN (geralmente, 150 euros, ou 5 transações), só poderá voltar a fazer uma nova transação deste tipo depois de efetuar uma operação, em TPA ou em caixa automático, na qual insira o PIN do cartão em causa.
Ocasionalmente, pode ser-lhe solicitado que insira o PIN do cartão numa transação feita num TPA contactless, ainda que a transação respeite os limites máximos definidos. Não fique surpreendido se isso lhe acontecer: trata-se apenas de uma medida de segurança adicional aplicável a este tipo de transações.
Os cartões com a tecnologia contactless também podem ser utilizados para realizar pagamentos sem recurso a esta tecnologia, incluindo em TPA que não estão preparados para processar pagamentos contactless.
